Environmental Compliance
There is an ever increasing amount of European and UK environmental legislation dictating environmental activities and performance measures, many of them reportable, which
must be undertaken by managers. It is no longer acceptable to claim
ignorance as an excuse. Whilst government agencies are proactive at
informing the target audience of their obligations often it is the
responsibility of the facility owner and operator to research what
legislation they are subject to as well as undertaking the subsequent
responsibilities to deliver.
